This dead space has to be a tax write off for the owner. Always empty, even on Saturday nights. Probably because it's the ONLY club on the strip that demands a cover charge ($10!) when all other clubs are free....and who's in there if you're dumb enough to pay? The owner! playing his own guitar! Ha Ha Ha! Just an overblown ego trip....and second floor for a bar is the kiss of death! We watched the doorman turn away six people at 10 o'clock on a Saturday night because they balked at the cover charge and there were only 3 people in the bar. Now THAT'S poor management. Don't wast the trip up the steps. Pros: How can you screw up when you're right on the strip? Poor management, that's how! Cons: Over priced, no atmosphere, no people....a graveyard.
