My Toyota is old and had a lot of miles on it when I bought it. So, after a year or two of bringing it to whoever was closest, I needed to get it checked out by someone who really knew what they were doing. I brought my car to ToyoTechs. I asked them to check it out and let me know what it needed. (I normally hate doing that b/c I'm afraid that someone will charge me for unnecessary repairs.) Before performing any work the owner called me back and went through a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and why. Needless to say, the car is running just fine and it is nearing 180,000 miles now. They have been recognized by AAA and the others for excellent service. (Check out their website. It lists all the organizations that have recognized them.) That is why I initially tried them. Now, I will be a returning customer because of their good service. Somehow it comforts me to take my car to someone who takes pride in their work and who specializes in the make of my car, Toyota. A good car repair shop with honest technicians is hard to come by and as a woman on her own, ToyoTechs makes it easy for me to feel safe and sound.
