Every other day me and my foosball team head out to Exotic Tans on Alcoa Highway. We have found that this is the coolest place to get a cool tan. The staff is really friendly. My only complain would be that if you forget to take your socks off you get a funny looking tan line on your feet. The prices are reasonable and it is very nice.
