Everything is a dollar, regardless of how much a dollar is worth that day. The selection is constantly changing and you never know what treasures you might find (I've got a comfy bath pillow from there). You should definitely shop here for office or teacher gifts. I was able to give large mugs and platters (I added candy and homemade cookies) to each and every one of my staff (about 10 people) in addition to all of the other gifts I had to buy. You would never have known that they only cost a dollar. Considering I was fresh out of school, I appreciated the savings. While shopping, you always know how much you have spent by just counting the items. Be careful though, you'll soon find that a $1 price encourages a lot of buying!
