The service is good, but the results aren't that great. I got a frendch manicure there and my nails got dry and crispy and started flaking within a day or two. Not something you expect when you've just paid for it. On the upside, the employees give a great hand massage and are pretty friendly. At risk of not sounding politically correct, I think speaking Thai would make a visit there a lot more interesting. As it is, they talk to each other over your head a lot, so if you're a sensitive soul and on the paranoid side, you might think they were talking about you. Then again, you might just have been watching too many Seinfeld episodes.
