Here is my Newest thought:
We met with the owner and now after meeting with him we definitely retract the first review. It really did seem to be the certain couple of people we had worked with before and not this company (FYI- those people are no longer with his company). He seems very well informed and was very knowledgeable about the area. We intend on using him in the future.

I am posting an amendment to this previous post:
We received a call from the owner and a lot of the people we are not fans of have left the company. My husband spent a long time talking to this man and we are planning on actually giving him another chance. Just the fact alone that he called us to let us know about the changes and everything was a lot said for customer service. Until we call him and stuff, I will not completely change the post- but we are feeling pretty good about this so far. Will let you know more.

Looking for a Realtor in the Hawthorne (Passaic County) Area? Are you looking for one you can really trust? Then, look elsewhere and not at AJ Cali. We actually had to use them for our house- Not by choice. They had the exclusive rights on a house we bought so we were obligated to use them. We did not have a terrible time with them... and they were not the worst ever. But there was something about the people we dealt with that we always felt something was being pulled on us (ever just have one of those uneasy feelings?). We definitely felt like at times they tried to push what was in their best interests and not in ours. We also had to use them when we rented an apartment a few years ago and felt the same way then. The apartment and house were perfect. But, it was just not the best experience (not the worst either though).
