I'm not a regular for getting my nails done but I do like to treat myself every once in awhile. I had a big night out and couldn't get in to my regular salon, so I chose this place on a whim. Huge mistake from the minute I walked into the building. My experience was so bad that I even wrote an email and complained to the company how horribley I had been treated as a paying customer.
Each person in the establishment was rude and very unprofessional. They cut my skin and had me bleeding. They put lotion on my arms with my jewelry still intact. The messages felt very uncomfortable instead of the nice soothing massages I'm used to.
Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs.
