KJ Baaron's has certainly rectified is customer service issues by hiring a top notch wine manager who has yet to say to me he does not know a certain bottle of wine. He often will come out of the floor while having dinner to help a customer in need of a bottle of wine. We recently attented one of the wine seminars on a friday evening and were pleasantly surprised at the selction of wines from Chile and the education we recieved. Finally the store has come full circle, I suggest if you haven't been there or not in awhile, try again, it is an experience.
