I have only eaten at Joe's once with a group of friends. It has a small parking lot in the back which can get filled up on busy days like the weekends. It is also right on the corner of the street so it is hard to miss. The decor on the inside is outdated. The food is okay I thought, not really spectacular. The service was slow.
