Located right in the heart of downtown, Lia's offer haircuts adn stying for all ethnicities. They accept walk-ins and offer appointments as well. The shop is decorated with not only hairstyles, but also pictures drawn by Lia's son. Sometimes they are hesistant to cut as much hair off as you request, but other than that, it is a great salon.
