The interest rates were very good (4.875%), and the thing we liked the most was doing our application on-line and getting our loan done in only 19 days. It was fast and easy and we were able to email or fax any required documentation. With the help of David Mordue, my husband and I didn't have any trouble refinancing, so we decided to refinance our investment property under the same program (hard to believe the government program allows the refinance of investment properties).
It's nice to know that during a time with so many changes in the economy, and banking industry, that there is a company that still focuses on helping people.
