Here's the short version:\r
1. I only got a fraction of my dog's food back and then blamed for bringing in my own food. It is basic knowledge not to drastically alter a dogs diet. Why weren't we told in the first place? Or why didn't they send it back when the dogs were dropped off?\r
2. I was misled about being reimbursed for the dog food they spilled.\r
3. I was promised the dogs would be housed together. They were not.\r

Here's the long version:\r
My husband dropped off my two dogs for their first stay. He took 2 types of food. One bag of Stella and Chewy's, and a 5.5 lb bag of Ziwi. Both foods are expensive, totaling just over $100.\r

When I picked up the dogs, I had to ask for the remaining food. At first, they couldn't find it. Then, they explained the dogs ate all of the food. (The idea that both dogs under 20lbs ate 6lbs of food over 2 nights is laughable.)\r
