My husband and I have been customers of Stickler's for years. We have recommended them to all of our friends and family. We have never been treated so fairly. Mike has a deep care for all of his customers. There have been times when my husband and I could not afford repairs with other life issues taking place. Mike will research more inexpensive ways to repair our car with used parts of suggest ways that we may be able to wait to repair something till we can afford to make the repair. He has saved us an unbelievable amount of money over the years by always doing extra legwork to check on warranties or by purchasing auto aftermarket parts for us. I could write a short book about Stickler's. Best mechanics we have ever had in our lives. We strongly recommend Stickler's. One of my favorite things about Mike is that he has never 'talked down to me' being a female and not being familiar with all of the issues with our vehicles. Mike talks at my level and yet teaches me things every time I come in so I will better understand how to care for my car and what the issues are. Stickler's is like family. Joe is the other mechanic and always goes out of his way as well and Alyssa at the front desk is so friendly and always goes out of her way to get us taken care of promptly and without any stress. They are amazing!!!!!
