Eric and I could not let this opportunity slip by without sharing a few thoughts about our overwhelming satisfaction with ACR Concrete.\r
To begin with, your team of professionals was here before sunrise every morning and worked with hardly a break until almost sundown, sometimes well after dark. This was a grueling schedule. This was difficult labor. And yet, your guys joked with each other every day and made us feel that their hearts were as much a part of the job as their bodies. Their dedication enabled them to finish the job in the time that was originally allotted. Not only did they finish on time, they were extremely thorough and precise every step of the way. We have rarely seen such attention to detail devoted to a project. The finished product is outstanding. We are delighted!\r
I must also compliment them on their manners, courtesy and professionalism. Again, these are rare virtues that have all been lost by many other teams of professionals. I cannot tell you how much of a difference this made in our experience with them. They communicated regularly (very important) and sometimes asked for our input when in doubt.\r
Last of all, we must recognize the significance of your role in this experience. It takes good leadership, effective role modeling, and the promise of satisfaction, in and of itself, in providing this level of excellence. Every technician on the job reflected these values and respect for their industry.\r
