Chappy's on Church is in a great location and is a well known restaurant in Nashville. The food is soooo incredibly good that you will be tempted to forgive the service..
Pros: The food and menu are incredible! Maybe a top to bottom review of service / wait staff may clear up these issues.
CONS:
DO NOT BOOK A PARTY OF 5 OR MORE AT CHAPPY'S FOR ANY REASON!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
We were required to provide a credit card number to reserve the room, so they knew for sure that we were coming with a big party.
For our party of 26, we had multiple major issues. Granted, we told them we would have 22-24, the impact of the increased number should not have been:
-taking almost an hour to get our orders, -beverages orders taken for only 2 or 26 people.
several people had to leave without eating due to poor service.
I hope they get it together.
BTW: The number of glowing reviews without any mention of service makes me wonder if this review will actually be published... we'll see...
