One of the first things that made me feel good about the place was the bathroom, believe it or not. Everything was automated, including the hand soap dispenser, sink faucette and paper towel dispenser. Even the garbage pail responded to just a wave of the hand. Keeping germs at bay is obviously a big priority here. In general, the place was immaculate!
The technician who has been working on me, Dawn Goldberg, is wonderful. She takes great care to ensure you're experiencing minimal pain (well, as minimal as can be expected), she has a very calm demeanor, which is necessary when you feel like you're being electrocuted (slight exaggeration, of course) and she is very attentive to the client. She remembers everything I tell her!
They also sell Dermalogica products. Any place that promotes this cruelty-free company is high on my list of places to hang out, so to speak.
For me, this would be an almost ""zen-like"" experience if the pain factor was removed. Well, you can't have everything but this place comes pretty close.
