I tried to do something special for my sister for her birthday. I booked her a massage and a massage facial. I had a $30 off coupon for being a first-time client, and had made it very clear I did not want my sister to find out how much I had spent and especially did not want her to know I used a coupon. I also asked if they could make it all a suprise and not tell her what she was getting when she came in. The lady, Britney, said it was absolutely no problem and she would put a note in the system so when she came in it would pop up with all this info. My sister went in, and right away they told her what she was getting done, so right from the start they ruined the surprise part of it. She got her massage, and when she was done they charged her $30 saying I did not cover everything. So not only did she find out how much I spent, she also found out I had used a $30 coupon. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!
Cons: Ruined my entire surprise for my present.
