I went in for a haircut - nothing too exciting; not an overhaul. I felt the stylist lacked the confidence to go for it. We discussed what I needed but she kept asking ""is this about right?"", ""do you want a little more here?"". I'm thinking - good grief - I told you what I wanted - do you know what you are doing or what? When someone shows a lack of confidence it causes me to not trust them either. It was an uncomfortable situation and I felt like I was in a beauty school except there was no instructor to help her.
Pros: She was friendly
Cons: Acted as though she didn't know what to do (on basic haircut)
