be careful who waits on you, and know what your part should look like 8/6/2008

It's a shame that you can't get a part at this store for older vehicles because employees don't know how to use their computers, and nobody can read a catalog anymore. I asked for a simple thermostat for an old mopar. I stated the car was a 74 318. One kid said ""she gave us the part number"". The other kid said the car was older than him. No kidding. I think they are hiring babies there, now. I asked for a 160 degree stat, and the kid argued with me that I was supposed to be using a 195, because that is what the computer said. I said, come on, just give me a 160. He then proceded to open every box to look at the temp on the stat, and brought me a small stat. 8 cyl Mopars (old ones) all take a large stat. I finally flipped his screen on his computer around where I could see it, and found the icon to select other choices. Guess what! The part number for 160 and 180 stats were right there! Maybe just usage lessons would help these guys. Pros: clean Cons: nobody knows what they are doing there except Josh (I heard one of the girls were good, but none where there when I was there. more
