We have been to Pancake House twice since January. The place is not fancy, it is crowded and very busy. The saving graces are the excellent sourdough pancakes, friendly staff and a chance to meet other locals because you are sitting so close to each other. My husband had one of the burgers and said it was very good. Our toddler wolfs down the scrambled eggs and pancakes. Longview is not known for great restaurants, but Pancake House serves great breakfasts and lunches until late afternoon.
