I can't even believe the way I was treated by this very un-professional Organization. 1st let me say that they never called me or gave me updates on the status of my TV repair, I was always the one who had to call and I had to do this over 10 times over an 8 week period. They never did fix the TV and on top of that, they lost my remote!!! They tried to return the set to me without replacing the covers and then were very rude to me. Matter of fact...they told me to take them to small claims over the remote. The only thing speedy about them is their sarcastic comments and in-ability to actually fix a TV. I never write reviews but in this case, I felt it necessary to warn you about them. If you can, find another TV repair business, you will be disappointed in Speedy TV!!!
