The O. Henry Hotel is amazing! Though on the expensive side, this is arguably the nicest hotel in the Greensboro/Winston-Salem area. The rooms are beautiful, and the lobby and meeting areas are gorgeous. What sets this place apart, however, is not just the beauty of the environment, but the level of service. While you are there, the staff will meet every need and request. There is also a wonderful restaurant on the property. A great place for a romantic weekend get-away.

The Proximity is the newest hotel by the same people who did the O.Henry. It has all of the same fabulous features as the O.Henry, but with a hipper, more urban feel. It is a great hotel if you want to stay somewhere that feels edgy and fun, instead of the more old fashioned feel of the O.Henry (which I also love).

I am a hotel snob, and I love this hotel. The service is excellent, the staff is courteous and the decor is truly upscale. They have Aveda products which is a plus, and each room has its own outside air being pumped in, which eliminates that stuffy damp feeling so many hotel rooms have. The beds are fabulous...and they have a wonderful tea service in the lobby.

The Biltmore Hotel is a great, old non-chain hotel in downtown Greensboro. They have the oldest working elevator in town, which scares me as much as it intrigues me. They assured me it is serviced very regularly. The rooms are lovely, with antique furniture in many of them. It is a nice place to escape from phones and cable television, and just relax and enjoy your time. Many great restaurants are within walking distance.

This hotel has a nice looby and very nice buffet for breaksfast and they have a nice pretty gold elevtor and a nice in door pool. They are a up scaled hotel and very good.I like to stay there. The hotel hasd alot of room there and the people are very freindly to us when we do stay there.

Stayed overnight for a Coliseum event at this Red Roof Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The location was extremely conveninient and quiet. The price was fantastic. I had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again.

I love to stay at this place and I love the people there. And the owners of this place is wonderful.We have stayed up there for months at a time.And they have always given us the best of service and they always are nice. They have a buffet style breaksfast and then at night they have a dinner buffet for all the guest in the hotel and they are wonderful. The food is good and the service is great. I love to come up here in the summer time because they have a swinning pool and they always have fun with us up there.

What they brought to the table was one of the best well-done ribeye steaks I have ever had the pleasure of consuming. Although relatively expensive, I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the conversation my waitress made with me. Excellent joint.
