He has had my radio for a year, every excuse in the book and has refused to give back to me. NEVER take anything to this place. more

The fellow running the place is nice enough...BUT...he has had my TV since July and has been promising it ""next week"" ever since. No phone calls for status, rarely answers and is not always open during business hours. It has been a real waste of time. I do not recommend using this business. more

I took my amp and tv in too speedy tv about november last year and still havent seen since. ive been callin the guy several times a week and he always says he has the parts and it will be done in 3 or 4 days and i never get a phone call back and there just liars it if he was real tech he would have it done in weeks and call u too come pick it up. i walked into the shop and there was a guy sitting down drinking beer behind the counter. This place is really dirty and there is alot of people living in the back im just soo sick of this. more

I found Speedy TV after passing their second shop on 2nd Street. Their computer technician is VERY good and has fixed both my computers to better than new performance so I decided to take my TV there when I lost picture. With all the TV's in there I was expecting a long wait, but he had it back to me in 4 days because it was the TV's software and he could fix it on my model. I didn't even know my TV had software that could be knocked out by a power surge. I recommend highly, thank you Speedy TV more

I NEEDED A TV REPAIR SHOP NEAR MY HOME IN EAST COUNTY. I HAD DRIVEN PAST SPEEDY TV FOR YEARS SO THAT IS WHERE I BROUGHT MY FAIRLY NEW PLASMA TV THAT DIED ON MY WAY TOO SOON FOR THE PRICE. WELL....I FELT AS IF I HAD ENTRED THE TWILIGHT ZONE. I WAS TOLD TO COME BACK EVERY WEDNESDAY FOR MONTHS!! I AM NOT JOKING. HE NEVER CALLED ME, NEVER! I POPPED IN THE ""SHOP"" (AKA CREEPY, DIRTY, FILTHY, ) EVERY COUPLE WEEKS TO TOUCH BASE AND I WAS ALWAYS TOLD THE PART HAD JUST BEEN ORDERED AND COME BACK NEXT WEDNESDAY. MY DAUGHTER'S BOYFRIEND WAS TIRED OF SEEING ME GET PLAYED BY THIS FOOL AND WENT DOWN TO SPEEDY TV AND CONFRONTED THIS CLOWN. HE GOT MY TV BACK, MINUS THE WALL MOUNT! AND OF COURSE, NOT ONE THING HAD EVER BEEN DONE TO THE TV! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY HAVE STAYED IN BUSINESS. DO NOT ENTER......... more

At first he would have my TV repaired in two weeks. My T.V. was there for SIX MONTHS. I called every week and he told me he would have it next tuesday. He kept giving excuse after excuse. I have a 50"" Hitachi plasma two years old. He gave me my TV back and still doesnt work. The TV still doesnt turn on. He did give me my $75.00 back. BUT SIX MONTHS to tell me he doesnt know what is wrong with it. He said he was sorry but he never worked on a Hitachi before. I would never recomend this shop. He should not evan be in buisness. I can't even believe the way I was treated by this very un-professional Organization. 1st let me say that they never called me or gave me updates on the status of my TV repair, I was always the one who had to call and I had to do this over 10 times over an 8 week period. They never did fix the TV and on top of that, they lost my remote!!! They tried to return the set to me without replacing the covers and then were very rude to me. Matter of fact...they told me to take them to small claims over the remote. The only thing speedy about them is their sarcastic comments and in-ability to actually fix a TV. I never write reviews but in this case, I felt it necessary to warn you about them. If you can, find another TV repair business, you will be disappointed in Speedy TV!!! Cons: Liars!!!! Slow!!!!! Stupid!!!! Ignorant!!!! more
