My mom and I had an emergency of the car variety back in March. We had to get my father a present for their 30th anniversary and she decided on a yellow Porsche Boxter. He wanted one for awhile, so she decided to surprise him. We walked in and told the salespeople that we needed a car and we needed it in 2 days. They were completely helpful and the next day we made a puchase. They detailed and buffed the car for him until it shone and he cried like a little girl when he got the car. Foreign cars even got us a huge bow to put on the car.

Streetcars is one of the best places in Greensboro to get your car washed or detailed! You drive up and they take your "order" and then you get out and your car gets a bath. The prices are average, but the service is not! After the wash, the group of young men and women outside then dry down every crack and crevice of your car. You usually ned to tip them a couple of dollars, but it is definitely worth it! While you wait, have a drink and snack from the machines there and maybe purchase some of the stuff in the mini store. Get your car clean for a good price!

My husband is getting his 1974 Super Beetle VW bug fixed at Foreign Accents right now! He had to have it towed in and they have had it for over a week and a half now. All of the people that work there have been extremely helpful and friendly. The prices are fairly reasonable and we would definitely get another car fixed there. The location is right on Market street so ot was easy to get to. The website was very informative and actually pretty well done. If you have a foreign car, take it here!

When my husband was having his 1974 Super Beetle worked on last week, somone stole the radio out of the dash. Dedona fixed it for him so fast I felt like I did not even blink. They are on Market street and have the cool silver Scion that is decorated with their logo. They fixed his music in one day and it wa perfect. The people were nice, the prices were terrific, and we would take our cars there again anytime! If you need some custom work done on your cars, trucks, vans, or even mopeds take it to Dedona.

The people are friendly and helpful and most likely you will drive away happy. I drive by almost every day and it seems like they always have some new vehicles on display. Cummings Auto Experts is not a place I would choose to do business with. I don't like dealing with them because of some inconsistencies in their "stories" as well as the general feeling I get when I go there. Also, the prices quoted are always lower than what it is when you get your car back. I won't go into specifics here, but I feel that if you want your car done right, done the best it can be, want it done by a professional who is honest, then why not consider going elsewhere? This isn't to say they aren't all that. I am just saying I don't trust them. Cummings Auto is not the place I would go for anything, other than a soft drink.

I have had my car fixed at C&J a few times and am giving them a six out of ten on my sliding scale. They did a terrific job of fixing my car, but the people were not very friendly and the prices were way too high. I had to get a bigger part on my truck replaced and they charged me two hundred dollars more than a couple of other places that I priced after the fact. I was naive and silly and did not price it beforehand. Do you know what I could have bought with that extra two huundred?

We have been impressed with the service received at Bob Dunn Ford. They have a great waiting area if you have to wait with young children. The repair prices are high but I assume it’s like that at all dealerships. If you purchased your vehicle from them they do offer free loaner cars. If you didn’t they do have a shuttle service. I would advise you to be there early if you plan to take advantage of this because you can be waiting a long time for your turn. You can also sign up with Ford and get some great Internet coupons, which allow for some great deals on oil changes, tune ups etc.

We took our Volvo in to Swedish Auto Works on numerous occasions, always trusting that their diagnosis was accurate. After one particular visit that cost us over $1000, the same dashboard alert came back on. We then decided to take our car to another Volvo repair shop. They were able to fix our car for under $150! We realized that Swedish charged us over a thousand dollars to "fix" parts of the car that weren't broken, and they didn't even bother to fix the actual issue with the car!
