The people are friendly and helpful and most likely you will drive away happy. I drive by almost every day and it seems like they always have some new vehicles on display. Drive by, stop in, say hello, and maybe buy a little something to drive away.

When I need my car inspected or something done to my truck, I drive it or sometimes push it to Cummings. That is one of the benefits of living nearby, that I can push it in. I had a flat tire and had to push the car the rest of the way and they fixed it right up. I needed my car inspected in a hurry and they got the job done. The only problem I had with them was the staff smoking right in your face when you are coming in to fill out paperwork...I really cannot abide that in and establishment.

I bough a dealer demo SRX from Bill Black Cadillac. The whole transaction was done via the internet since I knew what I wanted.
They handled the financing and got me in and out of the dealership on a Saturday in less than an hour. They had all the paperwork ready...loan, title and misc docs...I signed them got the keys and the class on the features and was on my way home in an hour.
Since I was coming up from Charlotte, I needed a rental car to get there and they pointed me to the national rental company that was across the street to make drop off easy.

We have been impressed with the service received at Bob Dunn Ford. They have a great waiting area if you have to wait with young children. The repair prices are high but I assume it’s like that at all dealerships. If you purchased your vehicle from them they do offer free loaner cars. If you didn’t they do have a shuttle service. I would advise you to be there early if you plan to take advantage of this because you can be waiting a long time for your turn. You can also sign up with Ford and get some great Internet coupons, which allow for some great deals on oil changes, tune ups etc.

I have taken all my Ford's and Mercury's to be serviced at this dealership. They are wonderful to work with! Everyone there is very personable and in my experience honest and upfront with me. I always felt they were looking out for me and my car and not their bottom line!

I had to have tires put on my car & this is where I went. The staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. And the price was completely reasonable. Also, I ended up with a flat tire & they were the best at patching it for me!
