This is the second time I've used Streamline, and I must say they're consistently good. I called at 9am, they promptly came at the early part of the 2-hour window they estimated, and as of 3pm, my problem was solved. They answer the phone, ""How can we make you smile today?"" They have a list of set prices they show you in advance, before starting the work (which I like). They charge a fee of $59 just to show up, and then charge additional set rates at intervals from $150-750 depending on the job. The last time they came to fix the water heater...it was just under $300, and this time there were a few small items to fix, and it came to $200. He showed up in uniform and wore booties so he didn't mess up my floors. He also patiently answered all of my questions, which I greatly appreciated. The only down side is you should expect to pay a minimum of $200 for a service call.
