This used to be my favorite store. Now that there's a new owner they have fewer choices and I always get the impression I am interrupting the guy from surfing the web whenever I walk through the door.
I asked if they had a product, but instead of getting up out of his seat and searching the bins, the guy said ""No."" I shuffled and got what I was looking for.
As for the used hardware, they don't have the drivers. ""Where do I get it?"" I asked. ""Look on a website,"" he gruffed, turning back to his web-surfing.
I gave them 4 different chances. It's not a fluke...it's a new policy.
The people that used to work there could tell me everything I needed to know. I miss them. It used to be my favorite store, and now they're worse than Office Depot.
Go somewhere else for your stuff.
