Hi All,
We want to express our appreciation for the fine, professional service your company provided to my family in moving my mother from Houston to Canyon Lake. The movers worked from before 9 AM to after 8 PM in loading up two trucks, and yet still arrived for the delivery before 9 AM the next morning. All four men –Dwight, Antonio, Joel, and Mike – were very gracious and helpful throughout both days, and provided great care in the packing and handling of Mom’s household items.
After reading many scary reviews of other moving companies, the reviews of A1 Allstate (that were overall excellent) seemed almost too good to be true. We can attest that A1 Allstate is everything you claim on your web page and more. It was a pleasure getting to work with you, and we highly recommend your services.

I called Bobby last summer to help me manage my rent house. He gave me really good advice on pricing it right, interviewed the new tenants and got the house rented out in short time. He also has the same tenants to purchase the house next summer. He's very dedicated and I wish I had an agent like him here in California -- my transactions would run so much smoother.

Upon relocating to Houston we were referred to Coldwell Banker to buy/sell. This made the moving process so much easier for our family. Our Realtor was Trish Tarendorf at Coldwell Banker United. I recently bought a home in jersey city with the Sangalang Realty Group. I were more than pleased with the results. They are an excellent realtor. They are very sharp and very professional. The Sangalang Realty Group was really laid back & not pushy. everyone was really helpful in showing us the ropes of the neighborhood. we give them a thumbs up!

Good: Polished group of real estate professionals. They found a buyer for my house for very close to my asking price. Then negotiated the purchase of my new home, getting concessions for me that I never could have gotten on my own. My agent, Trace Holcombe, is the best. Gave great advice and made the whole process virtually pain free.. Bad: I really can't think of anything that irked me about them. They brought me a buyer for my old home, helped me buy a new home and held my hand all the way through both closings.. Improvements: Can't think of a thing.. Other: Wouldn't think of using anyone else..

Looking for the most luxurious timeshare ever? Well, I think I have found it. Our resort at the Grand Mayan in Acapulco, Mexico is the most decadent, resplendent condo you have ever seen. The lobby is a huge reflecting pool surrounded by marble and columns and gorgeous plants. It comes complete with waterfowl, fountains and scattered areas that are set up for sitting and enjoying the fabulous views. I started trying to sell my house at the end of June but after three months, I didn't sell my house with my realtor. So I decided to try someone else and I found Monica's website and decided to give her a call. I issued her a challenge and told her that I had it listed for three months and did not sell it. She gladly accepted the challenge and came over and sat down with us and explained in detail her plans to sell our house. Within three weeks she had an offer on our house and we sold it and she helped us find another one. She made sure everything went smoothly and answered my numerous emails to her promptly. She kept me informed every step of the way. Some of my friends who were buying and selling a house had problems with their closing dates having to be re-scheduled, but Monica made sure that we closed on our house we were selling and the one we were buying on time. She has a great personality and is pleasant to be around and is a very hard worker. I would venture to say she is the best real estate agent in Texas. I have bought 5 houses in the past 25 years and she is the best real estate agent I have ever used.

I lived in this apartment complex for a year and I loved it. The staff is really friendly and helpful. When I had a problem with something in the apartment, it was fixed promptly. The grounds are beautiful and they have a great pool area and walking area. The apartment was decently priced. They were kind of weird about pets but that was the only thing I ever really had a problem with. I would recommend staying here if you're in the area.
