I had bad experiences with salespeople at two Toyota dealerships (one was so inattentive, she left me twice to wait on other people). However, I needed a car because mine was totalled in an accident. I went to Sterling McCall Toyota expecting the same, but soon all my fears vanished. The sales staff (specifically Kyle and Fred) were very professional, attentive, and behaved the way good salesmen should. I spoke with Kyle on the phone and when I got to the dealership he was helping someone else. Fair enough. He got his colleague Fred to help me so he could finish with his current customers, then he came back to eventually sell me a car. He even stayed an hour and a half after closing to make sure I knew how to operate the vehicle before I drove away in it. That's the way it should be. Everyone I dealt with at Sterling McCall made the experience a genuine pleasure.

We've bought several cars through this dealership and every time we have received outstanding care. They have gone out of their way in giving us great service at extremely reasonable prices. Goodson Honda goes that extra mile in making the customer happy.
Pros: helpful, gracious, considerate
Cons: they aren't closer to where I live!

i came to this dealership to test drive the nissan 350z. the sales staff was very nice and inviting. they even allowed me to drive the manual 350z and i fell in love with it. the other cars were very nice as well and it was fun to walk around the showroom and lot and look at all the new nissans. if you're going to pick a nissan up, definitely stop by baker jackson for their good prices.

I never thought that purchasing a car could be as easy and enjoyable as these guys made it. I was speaking with Benjamin for several days prior to going into the dealership. I only received responses from 2 of the other 6 dealerships that I initiated contact with. The e-mails that I got were always very direct and to the point. When I went in he was so nice and showed us all of the features of the car (which the other places I visited didn't do because it was 110 degrees outside). He really took his time to answer my questions and explain things about the car-- instead of just throwing me the keys and telling me where the test drive route was. I didn't have to deal with some whacked out sales manager coming in and using the iron fist to force me to buy the car. There was no pressure to "BUY TODAY!"
We did have to wait for a little while to sign some paperwork upstairs in the Internet office, but I expected to be at the dealership much longer than 2 hours. The last time I bought a car it took 7 hours. I won't be making that mistake again. If you are looking for a great price without having to negotiate all day, just talk to someone in the internet department. Baker-Jackson didn't offer me the lowest price (one was $150 lower), but they are the most charming and intelligent out of the bunch. It was well worth the extra $150 to buy a car and think "That was easy..."

Munday Chevrolet is the BEST...(and this is coming from a customer who expects a lot from a dealership)! I purchased a Tahoe from them and everything went smooooth! Very nice location...great showroom with professional employees. Huge selection. I've NEVER met a more personable General Manager at a dealership before who really cares about his customers and doesn't 'hide'. They are tops and I'll continue to purchase my Chevys from Munday Chevrolet!

I went in with a internet quote from the internet manager, and he honored the price just like his email to me said. I bought the car and added a few things I wanted. The prices seemed high, but later I verified them from other dealers, and they were in the ball park. Had to return the car to have the spoiler and a couple of other things put on, but that was OK too. Nice guys in the service dept. They put me in a loaner car (no charge) for the day. The salesman was ultra-courteous, and it was really a pleasurable experience. (versus the last dealer I had to fight with!) Yes, I would highly recommend them. I read a few other of these reviews, and didn't experience anything like that.

I have a Car Care Service Plan from Fidelity Warranty under the contract number 18341088 which I paid for when I bought my car at Archer Volkswagen in Houston, TX on May 14, 2005.I scheduled my 2004 Jetta for the 20,000 miles maintenance at Momentum Volkswagen in Houston, TX on Thursday July 3, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. The 20,000 mile car care coupon says OIL CHANGE WITH FILTER REPLACEMENT, TIRE ROTATION, REPLACE DUST POLLEN FILTER The people at Momentum told me that I had to pay the difference for all the other check points they were going to perform in my car. I immediatly talked to a representative of Fidelity Warranty, who adviced me to tell the service advisor and the service manager that they should talk directly to Fidelity Warranty in order to deal with this issue.The service manager at Momentum, Mr. Derek Bennet, did not even try to contact Fidelity; he just said that the coupon was Archer's and that was only worth the oil change - he mentioned an amount about ninety dollars.When my husband bougth the car, he specifically asked if we could take the car to any other dealer for the scheduled maintenance, we were told that it was a Volkswagen and that we would receive service. Unfortunatley today was not the case.It is worth noting that for the 5,000, the 10,000 and the 15,000 miles services, I took the car to Momentum and they received my car without a problem; I only had to pay the difference for synthetic oil. I do not know why they changed their procedures regarding this contract. They don't care.
