I called and asked can they do a full sew in she told me yes and they provide the hair for an additional fee. I go there and after a nice wait they show me the hair that is hanging on the wall and it is blonde and looks like plastic. So I have to go and buy my own hair from across the street. The girl braiding my hair is barefoot with a baby wrapped in a cloth on her back. They were eating and it was ants all on the floor with a lot of hair on the floor as well. My hair was messed up and they still had me pay my tracks were showing and it was places that i could stick my finger under the track because she did not sew it down. If I was smart at the time I would have went to the BBB and took pictures of my head to get my money back but I was stupid for not doing that. I just was so mad I took it down when I got home. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! They deserve 0 stars!
