I had been searching for a mini for about 2 months. I went to several Mini dealerships in the Pasadena area and was treated without respect and just seen as another commission. I decided to expand my options and search the Los Angeles area. I came across Nick Alexander Mini and was instantly impressed with the service I received. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by smiling faces and friendly customer service representatives. Personally, I can admit that I am a very inquisitive customer. With that being said, they had patience and answered all my questions without hesitation. I was offered a great price for the car of my dreams and couldn't resist buying a Mini!
