the people at Mcgrath are a big reason we stick w/the brand.
There's never an issue to get the cars in to be serviced, they don't sack you with hundreds of dollars in 'additional' things that need to be fixed, and they're very friendly and helpful. They've always taken great care of me and my car, and they think my dog is charming, which is the true way to my heart.
Also, they have a free starbucks machine in their waiting area. Sold.
