I spent one night here between evening and morning visits of the Badlands. The room was spotless, had a hint of a scent of a fresh coat of paint. The heat in the room is provided by the same unit that provides air conditioning and was a bit difficult to adjust perfectly as there are only high and low fan settings. A thermostat would have been nicer. The receptionist was a bit computer-retarded and blamed the "new system" which may well have been true, but he was pleasant nonetheless and did his best. The receptionist also had a great recommendation for dinner where I sat at the bar and inevitably became engaged in good conversation with the local patrons. Located adjacent to the I-90 E exit ramp, it is impossible to miss and approximately 20 minutes drive to the scenic loop through the badlands.
