This agent completely abandoned me when I needed my agents advise the most. Never having filed a claim before, when my mother-in-laws home, which I own, was severly damaged by a catastrophic weather event, I turned to my agent for advise and direction. He simply rushed me to file a claim, at which time, he refused to answer my specific and written questions regarding the claims process. I would recommend you stay far away from this individual.
