Where do I start? HORRIBLE experience all the way around! They gave me a wrong cost estimate on the phone, made me wait a long when I arrived for my appointment, treated me AND other customers like an inconvenience, charged me an exorbitant amount of money for a squirt of shampoo and conditioner, and then I walked out of there $100 lighter, just to have my boyfriend say,"did they do anything because you look the same." Thanks for nothing Hoshalls, you won't be stealing my money anymore. I learned my lesson.
