Carnin's was recomended by a local hotel. My wife and I love authentic Italian restaurants and Carni's met all of our expectations. Service was superb, the aptmosphere was warm with a local charm, and the manager was welcoming. There were many choices for adults and young children. Food quality was extremely high and priced appropriately. Dinner at Carini's made our last evening on vacation most memorable.

I went to the newer Grapevine II, at the intersection of Cox and Three Chop, and it was the perfect spot. The romantic atmosphere and rich food was all a person could ask for from this family owned restauant. The staff were all willing to help out with most any request a person could have, from a special order to seating request. I highly recommend this great secret to anyone in the mood for a night of Italian. Go check it out!!!

I went there for the first time recently and i found the food good expecially for the price you pay it smelled fine and i was clean in presentation maybe i came in on a good night but i was impressed with the service and food

My husband and I just spent a wonderful weekend (the Rendez-vous for Two package) at the Omni while attending the River City Beer and Seafood Fest. The Omni staff are all very friendly and helpful (if we needed anything, it was brought to the room and they can find out anything about anywhere in the city). We were pampered from the moment the valet took the keys from my hand to the moment he handed them back on Sunday (after 5pm). When we returned from the festival Saturday night, our bed had been turned down with little mints, flower petals, a deck of suggestion cards (of things to do while at the hotel) and two robes. We went down to the bar, where the talents of the bartender were limitless. We had room service bring up dinner and breakfast in bed! Loved it! Excellent hotel.

I am getting married here and I haven't had a problem with anyone or anything. They have awesome packages for weddings and guest rooms... It helps that the staff are all greatly involved in anything I ask.
Overall an awesome place to stay, they really do have everything!!!

I stayed in this extended stay hotel for a week. The customer service here is not great. For example I had problems with my remote control in the room I stayed and I informed the maintenance manager. First she said it would be fixed immediately. That never happened till my exit. The people were rude and did not care about the customer much. The Pros would be the rates are nominal and you have attached kitchen, wireless high speed internet.

Although the hotel had tried to remodel, the same poor customer service still exist. Our room was dirty and smelled of smoke. In addition the front desk was unable to give us any information about the area. Also, we had to wait 15 minutes to get a waitress only to receive cold food
