The service department staff is superb! Austin Miles is my favorite! He treats me with respect and even though my car is 16 years old, he treats the car like it is brand new. I also appreciate the fact that as a female, I am not cheated or treated as if I am stupid whenever I come in for a car repair or when they are explaining problems with my car. The prices are fair for the work being done. This means alot, and for that reason alone I continue to come back to Broadway Toyota!\r more

I worked with Erik Duncan and he was great. I was a bit overwhelmed with the whole process, as it happened pretty quickly. I went in after seeing a car online, just to check it out, and next thing I knew I was driving it home! Erik did a great job of guiding me through the process, explaining everything and made me feel at ease. There were several things that needed to be worked through and Erik really went above and beyond to assist me both that night and in follow up visits. He made sure that everything was taken care of and I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Broadway and Erik, in particular. And I love my Rav4!\r more

I purchased my Prius at Broadway Toyota, and it is the only place that I have had it serviced. While the service has always been good, my last experience was exceptional. I was met promptly at my appointment time, the service and estimate was explained to me clearly, and I received a call to let me know that my was ready to picked up ahead of schedule. Every person I encountered was friendly and professional. I also really appreciate the car wash coupon; what a nice touch.\r more

Dalal was fantastic. We built the Tacoma we wanted online and she quickly got the quote to us, we accepted, she got the truck shipped from a Seattle location and we were in our new truck the day after we made contact. We will never do business with you again and advise other against doing business with you. You stole $400 from us after we were sold a coating by lying about the produce, agreeing to give the money back and then never returning the money after repeated requests.\r more
