this place pretends to be a nice bead store, and the space really is beautifully designed, but honestly, you can't only offer twenty pathetic styles of beads, mark them up four thousand percent and then pretend to be a credit to the bead industry. i was incredibly disappointed also by the strangely condescending tone of the salesperson, who somehow refused to believe that yes, i am a regular bead store customer, and yes, i have actually made jewelry already. she proceeded to attempt to show me how to string beads anyway (um, yeah, you put the string through the hole, highly complex).
