When i initially contacted this palce, I didn't get a call back and was a little angered by that but after talking with the recptionist, I found an agent who helped me buy my home. The agent, Francie is really great. She is always easy to reach and always calls me back in a reasonable amount of time. She is patient and I highly recommend HER to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a house.
In my transaction, she was both the buyers and sellers agent and I feel she acted as professionally as possible in that situation. Thier office is located on Frankford Ave. Parking isn't that bad in the evening, but if you go in the early, mid, or late afternoon, be prepared to search for parking or park illegally. The parking is the only downside in my opinion.

If you’re looking to rent a place around University City there are a couple of companies you should look through. Campus Apartments owns many of the buildings in University City. Covering an area ranging from about 38th street to 50th street, Campus Apartments has a number of places to choose from. Their prices vary with location and number of bedrooms, but it’s really reasonable for the University City area. Also, not all the utilities are always included, so be prepared to pay an electricity or gas bill if the rental calls for it. The main concern with Campus Apartments is that they are really bad “landlords.” If you call with a problem (heating, water leakage, structural damage, etc.), they don’t respond quickly. In fact, they may take up to several months to actually come and fix it. The rentals are pretty good and their prices are fair; just be extremely wary of their maintenance if you intend to rent though them.

I went through a situation similar to the writer before me. I rented from Lublin and like she says, they had no emergency service. We were without hot water and heat for a week, and many times the drain would back up, and we could not use any of the plumbing fixtures for days at a time.
ALSO, I used to have a cleaning service. We did a job for Lublin, we cleaned their office, and they never paid us. They insisetd that the job was not satisfactory. We hauled out bags and bags of trash, like old books and things they wanted to get rid of, and emptyed all the trashcans, cleaned the desks and bathrooms etc. and they paid us not one cent. That is beside the point though, as realtors they are terrible!
