Rittenhoue Veterinary Medical Center is a wonderful place for pets. They service all sorts of animals. They are very sympathetic to pets needs and take their time helping the animals. I was very surprised to see how clean they keep the place. All the animal seem to get a long fine so i don't have to worry about any attacks. The prices are too terribly bad and there are financing options. It was so refreshing to be in a place where they love my pet just as I do.

i will be short simply because typing isn't my thing. however; in being brief i will only say this- what will i do? in the event that dr. lang retires, actually what will we who have had the true luxury of dr. lang's services do? i enjoy luxury goods and i can truly say that she(dr. lang) isn't just a dr. , she is an individuals luxury. everyone should be so lucky. i will also add this, i've read certain persons negative reviews typed about the great dr. nikki lang; only one thing to say those... IT'S NOT HER, IT'S THEM! that being said- LUXURY goods are not for everyone. simply because not everyone understands them.

I am a healthcare professional in north jersey. I drive 100 miles to see Dr. Wasserman because he is the best. Years ago, I was seeing a dermatologist who told me I did not need followup. I was bothered by this because of my family history of skin cancer. I made my way to Dr. Wasserman because I saw him on TV related to his work with skin cancer in professional athletes. I believe I am alive only because Dr. Wasserman insisted on twice yearly exams because of my family risk. He picked up a melanoma in its early stages which my oncologist said would eventually have done me in if not for my regular exams. Dr. Wasserman, thank you. Your attention to detail is why I am alive. Don't change a thing. By the way your nurse is why I never forget my appointments!!

For me this is one of the better hospitals if you do not wish to have excessive work done on your pet and you are looking for quality work at an affordable price. Sure if your pet needs a kidney transplant or a cardiac surgery then they will refer you to a specialist center such as penn with more adequate facilities for such surgeries. If you are looking for a place that you need to trust (and a nice staff with plenty of knowledge) then: This is it!!!. The prices are not the cheapest for this area but it is affordable.
They do excellent routine surgeries (spays, neuters wounds, lumps etc...). All dogs and cats have a pre-op blood work prior to surgery and they use inhalent anesthesia (safest) prior to any spay and neuter. They do not offer pet boarding other than for a few cats (and only limited space). By the way, although a generalist, the vet (very nice) has a residency (3 years after DVM). Visit their website at:
www.fairmountanimalhospital.com
If I look at the product (services) and not the container (30year old animal hospital) it's definitivelly a five stars. I was very pleased with my experience.

I am truly baffled by some of the reviews I have seen about this practice. Here's my experience and more importantly, my children; 8 months, 3 and 11.
Each doc has her own style--terrific for three distinct personalities and the kids are learning to engage with different people.
I admit, I am as child centered as you get--breast feeding for years and always, each doc has been very respectful of my choices.
Shots--they are such a trauma for kids...unless you come in fast and do it quickly--no talk, no drama! I love these nurses!
and...most importantly, each doctor is REAL. Have you asked them about their experience? We have real-time moms with impeccable credentials...Dr. McSorley (or is it Dr. C?) wins best doctor awards every year. During flu season and the start of school, I call and ask about wait times...the front desk has never steered me wrong. Frankly, I don't want to be in a peds office that isn't busy...and call around--10 bucks for forms is standard. To each her own, but I won't go anywhere else!

Looking for a Doctor who will care for your health... emotionally, mentally and spiritually as well as physically? Look no further. Dr. Joseph W. Price M.D. is a one-of-a-kind health practice located in Mount Airy, between Germantown and Chestnut Hill. The office is right in a big old home and is incredibly welcoming. There are lots of books and toys for the kids and interesting antique medical furniture and appliances for the grownups to oogle.
Most patients are personal friends, or soon-to-become friends of the Doctor which makes for a very family-like atmosphere whenever you visit.

Did I mention how much I love CHOP? My son had grand mal seizures at 5 months and it felt like the entire hospital was dedicated to his care. Since then, we've had various reasons to return (luckily nothing serious) and have always had top notch care! From the nurses, to the doctors to the insurance folks to the cleaning crew. Everyone is lovely, caring and respectful.

Dr. Widerman has been my kids Pediatrician for over 5 years now and he is the best. He personally answers the phone when his office is closed and takes phone calls anytime. He is knowledgeable about the latest treatments & especially about ADHD, which both my children have. He is not one of a group, he is the only one in his practice so your child gets familiar with him. His caring manner lets children know that he is their advocate so they trust him. I moved over 2 years ago from the Northeast Philly to Warrington, a 30-45 minute drive, but we still go there. His office staff is also most helpful. They take just about every insurance out there also.

I had a red spot on my face that was not going away. I tried to use retin-a on it but it did not help. Actually I had roscoea so i needed different meds. Usually i am embarrassed about facial problems but i felt at ease here. My problem was diagnosed and it worked out ok. More people should seek out better doctors. They accepted Aetna so money was not an issue. Everything was great and I feel good.

I was treated last year by Dr. Ehrlich and I highly recommend him. He was knowledgeable and patient, he took the time to make sure that I was comfortable with my procedure and answer my questions. His office staff is also very helpful and friendly. Overall I had a great experience and will continue to see Dr. Ehrlich in the future.
