I have been using a certain pain killer for a long time. They did help but I wanted to see if there was another answer besides drugs. Luckily my insurance agreed to pay for therapy. Therefore i came to Penn Center for Pain Management. The therapists really helped me tremendously. I learned different techniques on how to manage pain. The exercises were very beneficial. The odd thing is that i feel better using therapy than drugs. I was here for 3 days a week for two months and i feel so much different,
