We bought our first Ford Taurus from Chapman in 1994. It was a great and dependable car. So when that car was retired we bought our second Taurus from Chapman in 2005. We have had it in for service a few times as the remote door opening feature on the key fob was not working. The service department really were cooperative. They even provided me with a loaner car for free while they were working on the problem. They did fix the problem. A few days after we got the car back we received a call from their customer service department to see if everything with the car was OK and to ask if the service we received was good. Nice touch!

gosh, dealing with this place is a nightmare. expect to wait a long time for a car.. even if you have a reservation. you are better off with another car company. make sure you have your confirmation number, as many time this particular location has lost my confirmatoin. They are not good with upgrades. Twice they ripped me off on gas! Try Hertz or Avis that have multiple locations in Philly Center City
