I have been going to Kim Yeung Ling for all my tax preparation services since 1998. The accountants are very dedicated to help you file your taxes and get your balance in a short amount of time. The price for the preparation of your taxes can vary, but their competitive pricing will definitely make you go back to them for your accounting and tax services. They are located on 10th and Arch Street on the second floor, if you walk by too quick, you might miss the sign.

I still mail these guys my taxes to prepare each year even though I no longer live in Philly.
Important: they are actually CPAs, not just tax preparers. So if you get audited they can represent you to the IRS. This is key.
Their specialty is in helping MBA students to get the appropriate deductions for their education expenses. There are two CPAs in this practice (Ed Froelich and Aiden Flatley), so if you have an emergency question, one will always be able to help you.
On the expensive side ($315 for a pretty standard tax-prep package) but they are real pros.

Sometimes when there are those little uninvited guests that visit your house you just have to take action. Well, Mike's Pest Control can help you get rid of those annoying pests. This is one of the best extermination company's that I have used because they actually do get rid of the problem the first time they visit. The exterminators are very professional and they are prompt. They also seem to be able to answer any questions that are thrown their way. For the services that they provide they are reasonably priced.

My husband and I went here one year. That was all it took. First the quoted prices were way off. We ended up paying double what they quoted us for a very simple tax return. Second they lost our paperwork and when they found it told us we were not eligible to efile, which was not true. Secondly our return was much less then we usually got and the next year we found out why and had to file amended returns.
The office staff were not helpful and basically brushed us off.
