The Rusty Scupper is a wonderful alternative to the many seafood restaurants surrounding the Inner Harbor. It's located on the other side of the Harbor, so you're separated from most of the crazy tourists. As several reviewers mentioned, parking can be difficult. I suggest taking the water taxi over the Rusty Scupper. You can have the water taxi paged at the end of your meal, so a boat will be waiting to pick you up right after you pay your bill.
