The Director's credentials are not the best. She tries to portray herself as a very educated person, but coming from the same country she is from, we know how things are and the school she graduated from, as well as the teachers she is bringing from Mexico, are NOT great schools. In addition, the Director's father held a political charge in Mexico as some of you might know, titles can be bought in Mexico with the right amount of money and good connections.
I do not think the School is doing its best in reinforcing what they should be teaching the students. They go away by saying that since they do not receive public funding, they do not have to abide by the AISD rules and regulations. I want the students to learn Science, Math, Social Studies, yes in Spanish, but I want them to be competitive in the other subjects, not only be able to speak Spanish.
