We signed up with Clear, after the 30 day trial, the internet stopped working except for a crawl speed. I filed a complaint, internet works again. They signed us up for a 1 year contract, after the contract ended, immediately canceled services. Not only do I still have to pay a $40 cancelation fee, they ALSO refused to refund my monthly payment that was made on Friday of $46 AND I have to pay to have the modem shipped back to them. Not to mention I finally had to get rude with the representative who wanted me to switch my service to someone else, then wanted to trouble shoot my issue of their sucky service, and about fifteen other things before they finally would cancel my services!!!! Stay away from these people!!! more

Nice internet provider 11/30/2010

I've used clear for a few months now and have been really happy. I live in close-in SW and usually have 4 lights on modem. I gladly pay for the 6 Mb service, since it's the same price I was paying Qwest for 1.6 Mb. The past 1.5 weeks, though, I have been losing my signal pretty frequently (sometimes 4-5 times per hour) and my modem starts "scrolling" looking for a signal for about 3 minutes. It's like there's some sort of intermittent interference coming from somewhere. more

pretty much enough 11/25/2010

Clear's $40 plan is pretty much enough for me. The speed is fast and all I do with it is upload pictures, chat, download music. I don't play online games tho. All in all, Clear internet is good! more

We’ve been a Clear Internet subscriber for several months now. First, there were some teething problems. Their customer support had bungled up my application, but after some phone calls and one letter of complaint, they managed to resolve the problem within 24 hours. more

I got the home plan with clear internet service. I bought it over the phone on Thursday December 10th and got over the mail the next day,Friday. It was easy as 1-2-3 to install, all you have to do is plug it in. I can surf the internet like crazy now!! It is super fast. I even downloaded 100 songs to my computer and it did not take me a long time. It might be too soon to say i would recommend it but so far i love their service. more

Very Exceptional! 5/19/2010

I was having problems with my internet connection that made me decide to switch for another. I tried Philadelphia Clear Wireless internet and I was fascinated with the speed! I can surf any site I wanted with no trouble at all waiting for a very long minutes for the page to load! Your internet connection is very awesome!? more
