Friendly and Reliable 7/18/2009

My family and I have lived in NW for years. We never go anywhere else. Everyone is always friendly and sweet and get us in and out as quick as possible. Sometimes we have to wait (its an ER), but we'll never go anywhere else. more

Rude and unethical! 4/15/2009

I was seen in the emergency room for 2 hours, only bloodwork was done, treated horribly, and charged over $3,000.00 which is outrageously overpriced! Seaton NW REFUSED to negotiate payments with me and refused to take what I could give them. Then they stopped billing me altogether and turned me over to a collection's agency WITHOUT ANY NOTICE! This alone violates certain laws of the FDCPA. Every time I try to call them, I am talked down to and treated very poorly and rude! They still refuse to accept my "lower" payments on my medical bill. more

Seton NW Health 4/15/2006

I only have experience with this hospitals emergency room and I was not impressed at all by the staff or the doctor that was on call. I am not sure if they did not have enough staff working that night that I was there, but I waited way too long and was in excruciating pain and no one seemed to care. I also was not thrilled to see the emergency room bill that ended up costing more than the surgery I had a couple days later at Seton off 35th St. I found some double charges on my bill that I had to notify my insurance company of so that they could dispute those charges. It was such a pain and I am not too trusting of that hospital because of it. more
