Had a truck dent worked on here and painted. You could see the waves in the body work, but it was a steal. I gave them the work so they could learn. I don't beleive the guy that performed the work is still there.\r \r Had a 600 dollar tint job here. When I picked it up, there was a hair in it! Took it back, and I guess since the tinting material was so expensive they cut it out, and it left a line. \r \r Just got my truck stereo done after insurance sent me a replacement from a theft incident. I had them install a backup camera, and even explained that I wanted it connected to an ""upfitter"" switch on my dash. They put in the camera / tailgate handle, but didn't transfer the lock! I have a hole where the lock is supposed to be! They also just looped the wire through whatever they could, without grommets or tiedowns! AND THEY LEFT A SWITH HANGING FROM THE DASH to override the DVD player functionality while driving! I never asked for this! \r \r Sorry, but this place is ghetto, and while he might make it right, I don't have time to drive back and forth dropping something off. It just took me 2 hours to straighten everything out. I know others have had bad experiences... so I'm going to be the first to post them.\r \r When I asked for the upfitter switch to control my rearview camera, he spoke over me and explained i could just as easily select this from the stereo. In fact, I can't. The customer is always right, and this place doesn't get this. He made it sound like the hardest install he's done. Really? A plain jane gps pioneer double din and a wire out back for a camera?\r \r (btw, I'm a little bothered as I just got out of the garage, where I fixed everything. $400 was a lot to spend to end up crawlign around my truck anyways) \r more

I recently shopped around for a video system for my car & was turned on to the guys at Sideways Autosalon by one of my friends, im so glad she told me. I called ahead & was given tons of info over the phone, but was asked to come by so they could look at my car & give me more information. did they ever! there was no question they hesitated to answer and the sales guy (dave) was sooooo patient and knowledgeable. I fully intend to return to these guys with my husbands car in a few months for an alarm system and window tint. more

These guys now go by the name Sideways Autosalon. They are truly fakes in the profession of car audio and alarm installation. I went to have my power locks installed on my car and in turn ended up leaving with my car alarm no longer functional. These guys broke my alarm and then tried to put it on another shop to replace my alarm. In the end they basically gave me a big ""F"" You and didn't care to help me what so ever. Even when I offered to help pay for a model alarm that was of equal standard, they tried to sell me their base model for more than what they had been selling it for. So buyer beware they guys are just a bunch of hacks. From the owner David who has no kind of actual experience in installing anything.
