Woodlands II Condominiums

The WOODLANDS II Condominiums are all individually owned. So, if the "management office," referred to is not of help to you as a tenant, you must contact your landlord/owner of the property at which you reside. The "management office" should only respond to property owners, and not anyone who isn't paying the HOA fees (HOA = Home Owner Association), i.e. tenants. All-in-all a very pleasant condominium project close to SOHO area, with each individual residence/unit condition based on the owner. Private entrance off Burleson Rd. just east of IH 35, and south of Oltorf. Features incluce large swimming pool area in center of complex, seperate hot tub (sauna) area, and all so close to downtown Austin, 6th Street venues, Univeristy of Texas, St. Edwards University, 15 minutes to Austin-Bergstrom Airport, and more. I've been renting here for about 2 1/2 months. Bid mistake, I was such in a hurry to finding a place, I picked the wrong place. Management is terrible, NO ONE is ever at the office, or answers the business phone, and messages always have to be left and no call backs. They dont let you know someone will be entering your place to repair something. A note is only left inside, and make sure you keep copies of your checks or payments for rent! I was sent a statement that my rent was a month past due when indeed was on time and even stamped and cleared, This place is old and needs remodeling. Dont ever rent here. more
