The WOODLANDS II Condominiums are all individually owned. So, if the "management office," referred to is not of help to you as a tenant, you must contact your landlord/owner of the property at which you reside. The "management office" should only respond to property owners, and not anyone who isn't paying the HOA fees (HOA = Home Owner Association), i.e. tenants. All-in-all a very pleasant condominium project close to SOHO area, with each individual residence/unit condition based on the owner.
Private entrance off Burleson Rd. just east of IH 35, and south of Oltorf. Features incluce large swimming pool area in center of complex, seperate hot tub (sauna) area, and all so close to downtown Austin, 6th Street venues, Univeristy of Texas, St. Edwards University, 15 minutes to Austin-Bergstrom Airport, and more.

Pros: Plenty of parking + Gate around perimeter, but not monitored + Great VALUE/affordable location to whole downtown area!!!
Cons: In midst of updating some balconies, but not messy at all...
