Horrible Experience!! Rude & Disrespectful! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! The level of disrespect from management up to the owners is unspeakable. If you read the history of this company, you will see that the Wertz brothers had this giant company handed to them on a silver platter. Unfortunately, what usualy comes with that is a great sense of entitlement with an even greater ego. If you talk with Mike Wertz for more than 60 seconds, you will immediately discover this for yourself. I have worked hard all my life and have never been given anything. I have learned in business, ""Don't ever forget where you came from"". Unfortunately, this would not apply to the Wertz brothers. I recently sent a heart fealt email expressing my concerns over treatment from one of their managers, Robin Messick whom after more than 15 years of my hard earned money spent at Wertz bros. locations, she kicked me out of the Wertz Brothers antique mart after falsely accusing me of trying to sell personel items to customers. Her assumptions were in fact false and were derived from eevesdropping on a couple of my conversations with fellow customers in which her and her right hand man only heard part of the conversations that in fact were innocent. When I tried to explain, she told me that there was nothing to talk about and told me that I was to never return. I immediately appologized for any wrong doing on my part and told her that this is a big misunderstanding. Anyway, I never did get a response from my letter to the Wertz Brothers who have allowed Bobin Messick to be Judge, Jury and executioner on this matter while having complete contemt prior to any investigation. Just remember what you are worth when you walk through the doors to any of the Wertz brothers businesses. You are a mere drop in the sea. They do not care if you are a new customer or one who has spent thousands of dollars with them, they only care about the dollar in your pocket! And one more thing, ""Be very carefull of talking to anyone while you are on the premises"". ""They are listening""
