I am so frustrated with this chapel. The service provide from beginning to end of funeral was wonderful. But when it came to submitting needed documents to insurance company it was awful. I have talked for past month to swanson chapel and was told documents would be mailed. I call insurance company today and find out they STILL have not received needed paperwork. No problem for anyone else by me. Their not the ones who need to pay the bills for the deceased so it doesnt seem to be a big deal. I called to talk to someone and was sent to 3 different locations. Once do speak to someone I hear again must be still waiting for death cert. I advd can't be waiting if I already received my copies and ins received other paperwork but never received death cert. Very frustrating to deal with on time of losing a loved one.
